I'm a bit exhausted by having to dig up Soil in the autumn and storing it indoors until it's time for Winter Sowing, just to have some Non Frozen Soil to work with. I also think it's a huge waist having to purchase Soil for this purpose. Do you have any ideas on how to avoid this?
I started a crazy experiment today.. let's see how it works out later in the spring.. I decided that instead of adding Non Frozen Soil on top of the Raised Bed, to simply drill some holes in the frozen ground and put the Seeds in the holes..
Nice holes, just to put the seeds in..
What do you think? Any chance that this might work? Or any other ideas how to do Winter Sowing without adding non frozen soil?
Let's garden ALWAYS And share tips and ideas on how to improve!
