How to rescue overheated and dried up Chilli Plant

Sun Jun 19, 2016 6:11 pm

I have started to move my Chilli Plants outdoors (really late, I know..). Most of them are loving it, but this one did not look to happy - it was totally overheated and dried up.

The main Stems did not look all dead, and there were some signs of new leaves coming - so I decided to cut all the old leaves and big parts of the stems of. I then put the pot in a Bucket with water and let it soak for a few hours.

I then took it indoors to be able to monitor it better and pay more attention with watering.. Within a few days, it started to regrow, surprisingly powerful.

Today I hade to tie it up again. Will try to start moving it outdoors again within a few days.
