Regrow Pointed Cabbage from Kitchen Scraps

Wed Jan 03, 2018 7:02 pm

Next time you use Pointed Cabbage in your kitchen - Save the bottom scrap and let it regrow.

Take the bottom of the cabbage, cut it of, place in a cup of water. Place in a light window or under a lamp.

Watch how it starts to regrow. Change the water every now and then.

Plant in a small pot with soil. Watch it grow. Water every now and then.

After growing a while you might have several new heads coming. Take them out of the pot and cut them separated with a knife. Plant each head in a separate pot

Transplant to a larger pot or a bucket. Move outdoor if weather is nice and warm.

It will eventually start forming a tight cabbage head.

Harvest and eat when they are still nice and tight.
