Your chillies look very good. Looks like all of them sprouted?

Something was eating my pepper plant leavesImage Image looked everywhere for the pesky critter.. And found nothing.. But this morning I saw a potato bug quickly roll into a ball and camouflage against the soil, well played Mr potato, well played!... He is now living outside where he belongs... Hopefully that put an end to my pepper leaves being eaten.. Image
