Black skin on peppers

I have a pepper plant which is producing peppers but I have noticed that one or two fruit have a black "mouldy" area to there skin. Any one have any suggestions

Are they getting wet around the fruit frequently? Try to keep leaves and other things away from the fruit.. It seems as if the one in the bottom picture.. is resting on the container.. Which would cause it to mold in that area.. Other than that I don't know what else would cause it..

I think this may be down to irregular watering. Just cut out the black bit and use the rest of he pepper

Thanks for the info. Have now stopped Misting my plants with water and let them just draw from the trough underneath.

Seems to have stopped the rot so think was overwatering ImageImage
